Sam provides advice in all aspects of property and commercial matters for our corporate clients and private individual clients, including commercial leasing, due diligence, variation and transfer agreements as well as the sale and purchase of businesses.  Sam advises on Intellectual Property Law as well as Sports Law.

He has a depth of knowledge on sponsorship licensing, as well as franchising and marketing agreements.
