Ankle Problems

Joint dislocation (subluxation) can cause such ankle problems as sore ankles, weak ankles, ankles that roll in as you move,and sprained ankles. When the joint is displaced,ligaments and the bones near the ankle become weaker. Due to this weakening, it is more like that sprains will take place and that your ankles will start rolling in and causing injury. In order to stabilise these joints, so as to prevent injury, Corrective Care is undertaken. In doing so, strengthening of the area will occur.
