Heel Pain

When it comes to heel pain, some of the causes can include bruised heel, heel spur, plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendon. These are often caused by over compensating around the heel and negatively affecting the anatomy of the foot. As the heel is involved in absorbing shock when it impacts the ground, any type of joint displacement (subluxation) will harm the surroundingtendons, ligaments and bones. By applying Corrective Care to the heel, the joint becomes more mobile and the strength of the muscle is increased – all of which helps to improve heel pain.
