Arthur Koufalas
Arthur Koufalas (Senior Associate) LL.B, GDLP, BCompSc
Arthur is a specialist family lawyer with over 10 years of experience. He is admitted to practice as a barrister and solicitor in the Supreme Court of South Australia, the Federal Court of Australia and the High Court of Australia.
Arthur has significant expertise with all aspects of Family Law including: de facto property, complex matrimonial property and superannuation, children’s custody issues and child support. He began working in the Community Legal Service environment, before moving to a private practice where he further developed his skills with intricate family law matters involving family businesses, trusts, complex valuation issues and farming enterprises.
