Bill Moody (Consultant) LL.B
Bill has been practising as a Solicitor in South Australia since 1976 and prior to joining Duncan Basheer Hannon, he was a partner of a long-established Adelaide law firm. His main area of expertise is in advising commercial clients and working closely with his client's accountants with respect to all aspects in relation to any commercial matters that arise. This includes the preparation of sale and purchase agreements, incorporation of companies, preparation of trusts and other documentation necessary for the efficient operation of a business. Bill's expertise also includes both commercial and residential conveyancing, including the transfer of licensed premises, and wills and estates.
