John has significant expertise in commercial property transactions, preparing and negotiating leases for commercial, hotel and industrial premises and conducting property due diligence for major commercial clients. His general commercial expertise includes liquor licensing, sale and acquisition of businesses, trusts, private company shares and units, joint ventures, agreements and security documentation. John also has a keen interest in intellectual property, in general, and trade marks, in particular.
