Katie Herzberg
Katie Herzberg (Solicitor) LL.B (Hons); GDLP
Katie commenced work at DBH in 2004 as a Junior Legal Assistant. After working in this role for three months she was promoted to Legal Assistant to the Managing Partner. During this time she became involved in class action litigation, developing a familiarity with the complexities of this area of law. She began her law degree in 2009 while continuing to work at DBH and was promoted to the role of Law Clerk.
Katie completed her law degree with first class honours and was admitted to the Supreme court of South Australia in 2013. She has remained actively involved in class action litigation, has become proficient in motor vehicle accident claims and has developed a particular interest in medical negligence litigation.
